Welcoming the New Year
A 75-minute session with my signature Head, Heart, & Body approach to help us call in the new year.
About the session:
Now that the ‘new year, new me’ hype has faded, and we have gotten into 2026, I want to share a gathering for the rest of us who ease into the new year. I’ve always needed a bit more time to feel my way into new seasons and transitions, especially from one year to the next. I’ve been more inspired when I let time and space expand into what a new year could be or might become. With a little extra time, even my reflections have space to unfold, organically and intuitively. This is a 75-minute gathering with my signature Head, Heart, & Body approach to reflecting. This takes into account our thoughts, our feelings, and our physical bodies. There will be journaling prompts, quiet time for personal reflection, and a brief embodiment practice to help us call in this year. Please be in comfortable attire, and in a space where you won’t be interrupted. You will need access to Zoom, WiFi and a notebook or journal to write in. We also recommend having a candle to signify the start and end of a session and a mat, blanket or cushion to sit on. We do not need these, but I have found that sometimes meditation or mindfulness practices are more comfortable this way. Choose what works for you.
