This policy covers digital products (e.g., downloads, workbooks, guides, courses) and workshops offered by CBQUALITY Wellness & Lifestyle.
All Sales Final
Because digital access is delivered immediately and seats for live events are limited, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for digital products or workshops.
Access & Delivery (Digital Products)
Upon successful payment, you will receive access/download instructions at the email you provide.
Please download and securely store your files. Access links may expire or change without notice.
Technical Issues
If you experience access or file issues, contact legal@clairefountain.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll help re-issue links or provide reasonable assistance. This does not change the no-refund policy.
Event Changes (Workshops & sessions)
If CBQUALITY must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. If CBQUALITY reschedules, you may choose to attend the new date; if you cannot attend, a refund will be issued. CBQUALITY is not responsible for your travel or incidental costs.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback to circumvent this policy may result in suspension of access. We reserve the right to provide payment processors with records showing delivery and acceptance of terms.
Intellectual Property & License
All products, materials, videos, slides, templates, and content are protected by copyright and other IP laws.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your individual use only.

You may not reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise exploit any materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses
Do not upload or share paid materials publicly, train AI models on them, or use them to create competing products or services.
Taxes
Where applicable, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees assessed on your purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law.
