As an avid writer, I’m sharing one of my favorite methods and inviting you to come write with me. This form of writing creates a ritual and container to hear our own thoughts, reflect on them, and see more deeper into our imagination and introspect. You will need a pen, unlined white paper (ideally, or a journal,) and a candle (do not light the candle before session). It can also be helpful to come with a theme you’d like to work on or write about. We will not be sharing our write in session so let yourself be open to what is meaningful to you to write about. This is a virtual session. Please arrive 5-10 mins early to be let into this closed space. A Zoom link will be sent upon class sign-up. These sessions are not recorded and are only facilitated live.

Event Changes (Workshops & sessions) If CBQUALITY must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. If CBQUALITY reschedules, you may choose to attend the new date; if you cannot attend, a refund will be issued. CBQUALITY is not responsible for your travel or incidental costs. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback to circumvent this policy may result in suspension of access. We reserve the right to provide payment processors with records showing delivery and acceptance of terms. Intellectual Property & License All products, materials, videos, slides, templates, and content are protected by copyright and other IP laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your individual use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise exploit any materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. You may not remove copyright notices or claim ownership of derivative works based on the materials. Prohibited Uses Do not upload or share paid materials publicly, train AI models on them, or use them to create competing products or services.
