Non-Linear Movement Method is a movement-based practice developed by Michaela Boehm that includes these benefits: - Regulates the Nervous System - Processes and Identifies Emotions - Releases Trauma Patterns into Flow - Unites Mind and Body in Intimacy with Physical Sensation - Creates High Bodily Responsiveness - Opens Access to Bodily Wisdom - Awakens Vital Energy and Sensual Sensation NLMM is facilitated on a mat or blanket. Participants dress similarly to a yoga or dance class, in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. The method can be practiced at any age, fitness level, and mobility. The movements are designed to be self-regulating and can be done in any position, including lying down. A Zoom link will be sent upon class sign-up. These sessions are not recorded and are only facilitated live.

Event Changes (Workshops & sessions) If CBQUALITY must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. If CBQUALITY reschedules, you may choose to attend the new date; if you cannot attend, a refund will be issued. CBQUALITY is not responsible for your travel or incidental costs. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback to circumvent this policy may result in suspension of access. We reserve the right to provide payment processors with records showing delivery and acceptance of terms.
